East–West Pain Treatment A personalized, physician-led approach that blends ancient Chinese medicine with modern medical techniques to relieve pain, restore movement, and help the body heal itself. Treatment may include: •Trigger Point Injections to calm inflamed, knotted muscles •Acupuncture to regulate energy flow, ease pain, and support nervous system balance •Cupping to increase circulation, reduce tension, and promote tissue recovery Each session is thoughtfully customized based on your body, symptoms, and goals.
Hormone Management & Enhancement A concierge, physician-led hormone care program integrating modern medical therapies with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) to restore balance, vitality, and longevity. Care begins with comprehensive bloodwork and symptom assessment, then extends beyond lab values alone. Dr. Chang applies an East-West approach, combining evidence-based hormone optimization with TCM pattern diagnosis, nutrition guidance, and nervous system regulation. May include bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) pellets, testosterone optimization (for men and women), estrogen and progesterone balancing, thyroid support, and adrenal/cortisol support. Hormone therapies are guided through an ongoing concierge relationship with Dr. Chang, a double board-certified physician.
Medical Weight Loss Program A comprehensive, medically guided approach to weight loss that prioritizes metabolic health, muscle preservation, and long-term sustainability… not just focusing on the number on the scale. Dr. Chang combines evidence-based weight loss medications with an East-West framework that addresses hormones, stress physiology, nutrition, and lifestyle patterns that influence weight regulation. Treatment is designed to support fat loss while protecting strength, energy, and overall vitality. May include GLP-1 and GIP medications (such as tirzepatide: Mounjaro, Zepbound), East–West nutrition and lifestyle guidance, hormone support when appropriate (including testosterone), and Emsculpt Neo to help preserve muscle mass and strength during weight loss. Care is overseen by Dr. Chang, a double board-certified physician, through an ongoing concierge relationship focused on safe, thoughtful, and sustainable results.
Emsculpt Neo Treatments A body treatment that uses advanced electromagnetic and radiofrequency technology to build muscle, reduce fat, and support functional strength. Emsculpt Neo stimulates powerful muscle contractions while gently heating surrounding tissue, helping improve muscle tone, support fat reduction, and enhance overall body composition. At EnerQi, treatments are thoughtfully integrated into a broader East-West care plan, often supporting pain management, metabolic health, or weight loss while prioritizing strength and longevity. Dr. Chang customizes each treatment based on your body, goals, and overall health, and may incorporate Emsculpt Neo alongside hormone optimization, weight loss medication, lifestyle guidance, and recovery strategies for more comprehensive, sustainable results.
Neurotoxin Injections A physician-administered treatment designed to soften expression lines while preserving natural movement and facial balance. Neurotoxin injections work by gently relaxing targeted muscles that contribute to dynamic wrinkles, such as crow’s feet, frown lines, and forehead lines. At EnerQi, treatments are approached with a conservative, anatomy-first philosophy, prioritizing facial harmony, longevity, and results that look refreshed rather than overdone. In addition to aesthetic applications, neurotoxins may also be used therapeutically to help manage conditions such as chronic migraines and temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ). All neurotoxin treatments are performed by Dr. Chang, ensuring thoughtful dosing, precise placement, and care guided by medical expertise.
Microneedling & Regenerative Skin Treatments A physician-led skin treatment designed to stimulate collagen production, improve texture and tone, and support skin regeneration at a deeper level. Microneedling creates controlled micro-injuries in the skin to activate the body’s natural repair processes. When paired with biologics such as PRP (“vampire facial”) or exosomes, treatments can further enhance collagen remodeling (reducing fine lines and wrinkles), improve pigmentation and scarring, and support overall skin rejuvenation. Microneedling and regenerative treatments are performed by Dr. Chang and may be integrated into a broader skin health plan developed in collaboration with Rhette, the medical aesthetician.
Clinical Skin Health & Facial Treatments A personalized approach to skin health focused on treating underlying conditions, not just surface concerns. Led by Rhette, a licensed medical aesthetician, treatments are designed to address concerns such as aging, hyperpigmentation, melasma, acne, milia, and acne scarring through customized facial therapies and evidence-informed skincare guidance. Each treatment plan is shaped by skin condition, lifestyle, and long-term skin goals, with an emphasis on accessible education, barrier health, cellular renewal, and sustainable results. Facial treatments may be combined with advanced regenerative procedures, such as microneedling, when appropriate. These advanced services are provided by Dr. Chang.

Our Dynamic Duo
Our founder, medical director, and lead physician, Dr. Chang, MD, is a highly trained and compassionate healer specializing in integrative approaches to healing, wellness, longevity, and aesthetics.
He is double-board certified in both Internal Medicine and Integrative Medicine. This means your wellness roadmap will be carefully crafted to address your existing concerns while maximizing your preventative strategies and education on the most effective ways to help your body and skin take care of itself through the combination of Eastern and Western medicine.
Our co-founder, lead skin consultant, and operations director, Rhette Baughman, is a licensed medical aesthetician with a long history of working in marketing and operations.
Rhette is passionate about skin health, products and treatments. He believes taking care of the skin should be easy to understand and uncomplicated (accessible) for everyone.
